Standard Real Estate Package $249
Up to 20 images. The Standard Real Estate Package is perfect for small homes and larger condos up to 2,500 square feet. This package includes up to 1.0 hours on site as well as a pre-arrival consultation with the photographer to go over how to prepare your property for a photoshoot. Includes 2D floorplan. Maximum turnaround time is 24 hours.
Deluxe Real Estate Package $499
Up to 35 images. The Deluxe Real Estate Package is perfect for larger homes and estates over 2,500 square feet. This package includes up to 2.5 hours on site as well as a pre-arrival consultation with the photographer to go over how to prepare your property for a photoshoot. Includes virtual twilight edit and 2D floorplan at no additional cost. Maximum turnaround time is 36 hours.
Custom Real Estate Package $100
Customize your experience with a $100 setup fee. Then all images will be available a la carte for $20 per image. Includes a pre-arrival consultation of your photography needs.
Vacation Rental Package $599
This 35-image package is designed around the specific photo requirements of sites like VRBO and Airbnb. Attention is paid to showcasing the amenities along with the space to maximize your revenue. We know exactly what it takes to attract guests to your vacation rental, and how to make it stand out from the competition. This package also includes special long term licensing that allows you to use the photos for as long as your listing is active. A 2D floorplan is included, and is a great way to show renters the layout of your place.
Consider adding a video or Matterport 3D tour. VRBO currently supports Matterport tours, and Airbnb allows linking to an external tour.
The Works Package $1099 (Save $476)
The ultimate media package for your luxury property listing. This includes the deluxe still package with 35 images, aerial/drone add-on, 4,000sqft Matterport virtual tour, twilight add-on, social media add-on, 2D floorplan, and 2-minute video. This option must be booked over the phone or email because it may involved multiple visits to the property. Maximum turn around time is 48 hours.
The Miniworks Package $399
Everything you need and nothing you don’t to showcase your property on the MLS and social media streams. Includes 20 still images (15 horizontal for MLS and 5 vertical for social media,) a 2D floorplan, and a 1-minute vertical walkthrough HD video. Maximum turn around time is 48 hours.
Additional Services
Aerial Drone Package $100
This option adds drone photography to your still image or video packages. This is an excellent way to make your listing stand out from the competition and show how a home sits in the surrounding area. Drone pilot is fully licensed by the FAA Part 107 rules for commercial SUAS operators and is insured for drone operations. Includes a one time rescheduling due to inclement weather for no additional charge.
Matterport or Zillow 3D Tour (Starting at $225)
All virtual tours include a 2D schematic floor plan, and 90 days of hosting. After 90 days, hosting is $10 per month. Pricing is based on square footage:

Social Media Add-On $199
We will produce 3 HD vertical format reels, additional vertical still images, and then use them to create and post content to 2 of your preferred social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or Tik Tok for two weeks. (Only $99 if you choose to manage your own social media.)
Twilight Photography $100
This additional option allows for making sure your property is photographed during the “golden hour” to really make it stand out in listings. This needs to be scheduled based on time of sunrise or sunset. Includes a one time rescheduling or reshoot due to inclement weather at no additional cost.
Virtual Staging $50
Virtual Staging is a cost effective option to show what an empty space will look like fully furnished without the cost of physically staging the property. At a cost of only $50 per image, show buyers what a listing will look like fully furnished. Choose from a variety of options of furnishings and decor with typical 48 hour turn around.
High Definition Video Package $199
Includes a 2-minute HD property video with licensed music. Perfect for smaller properties. For larger properties, add $100 for each additional minute. Includes agent walkthrough tour. Only available when purchased with any of the photography packages.
4K UHD video packages starting at $399
While, HD video is perfect for social media and the MLS, 4K UHD video is better for websites and large screens.
